3 Steps to Stop Winging It and Start Scaling:

Define your goals – Let’s get crystal clear on what you’re working toward. Heard me say that before? Perfect! I’ll never stop. I cannot tell you the number of new clients I’ve had come to me and tell me a financial goal only and then not actually have a plan for WHY that is their goal/what they need financially AND why they chose that goal. When your goal has been arbitrarily plucked from the heavens (ie. the current buzz word goal that everybody and their dog is talking about) it doesn’t mean anything to you...and when it doesn’t mean anything to you, you’re not INVESTED in achieving it. So then you don’t do what it takes to hit it. And on and on the cycle goes, crushing your confidence with every “failed goal” that you didn’t hit. And all because it was never your goal to begin with.
